Applicability boundaries

Suitable for
Polishing treatment following the pretreatment of tap water, groundwater, and surface water; production of purified water for beverages and food processing, process water for cleaning, boiler make-up water, and terminal water production for reclaimed water reuse.
Working Principle
Utilizing reverse osmosis membrane filtration and permeation technology, a high-pressure pump applies pressure exceeding the natural osmotic pressure of the water, forcing the feed water through the micropores of the reverse osmosis membrane. Salts, heavy metals, bacteria, colloids, and macromolecular impurities are thoroughly rejected and separated, yielding purified water that meets standards and concentrated wastewater, thereby achieving high-precision water purification.
Core components

RO Membrane Element
Core filtration medium for the removal of salts, bacteria, and impurities

High-Pressure Pump
Supplies the operating pressure required for reverse osmosis and ensures water production flux

PLC&Online Conductivity/TDS Monitoring
Real-time monitoring of purified water quality
Optional
01
Two-stage Reverse Osmosis: Delivers ultra-high purity water; suitable for premium beverages and precision manufacturing processes.
02
Variable-frequency High-pressure Pump: Ensures constant water supply pressure, saves energy, reduces noise, and minimizes membrane damage caused by pressure surges.
03
Automatic Chemical Cleaning System: Enables in-line chemical cleaning, eliminating the need for system disassembly during maintenance.
Changeover/Cleaning/Maintenance
Cleaning
Chemical Cleaning: Perform timely acid and alkaline cleaning to restore membrane performance when permeate output drops by 15%, salt rejection decreases, or pressure differential rises.
Replacement of wear parts
Membrane Replacement Cycle: Replace membrane elements every 2 years under standard operating conditions; replace every 1.5 years under poor feed water quality conditions.
Model Upgrades
Increase capacity by adding more membrane elements or upgrading to high-flow elements; upgrade to a two-stage RO system for applications requiring high water quality standards.
Is the purified water TDS/conductivity too high or the water quality substandard?
Possible causes include membrane element aging or damage, leaking O-rings, membrane rupture, pretreatment failure, or insufficient pressure. Check the sealing of the membrane assembly, and clean or replace the membrane elements.
Is the water output decreasing or production capacity dropping?
Possible causes include membrane surface scaling or fouling, clogged pre-filters, or insufficient high-pressure pump pressure. Prioritize replacing the precision filter cartridges and cleaning the reverse osmosis membrane to restore water production flux.
