Technology Type

Shrink Wrapping

Brief description of the principle: After the product is wrapped in PE film, it passes through a heat shrink tunnel to form a tight, consolidated package.

Applicable scenarios: Mineral water, beer, and soft drinks (high cost-performance ratio, low cost of consumables)

Carton Packaging

Brief description of the principle: Automatic case erecting, drop/pick-and-place packing, and case sealing/strapping.

Applicable scenarios: High-end beverages, fragile glass bottles, and products requiring long-distance transport (excellent protection).

Servo Labeling

Brief description of the principle: Servo motors drive the label web and bottle separation mechanism to achieve millimeter-level positioning.

Applicable scenarios:High-speed production lines and high-end products requiring absolute label alignment.

Gantry Palletizing

Brief description of the principle: Servo-driven gantry axes control the gripper to pick, move and stack products accurately according to preset pallet patterns.

Applicable scenarios: High-speed production lines for palletizing cartons, cases, bags and other regularly shaped packages.

FAQ

Should I choose shrink wrap or cardboard box packaging for my product?

This depends on your product positioning and logistics requirements. Shrink-wrap packaging offers low material costs and high packaging speeds, making it ideal for high-volume fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) such as bottled water and beer; in contrast, carton packaging provides superior compressive strength and protection, making it better suited for glass bottles, premium fruit juices, or products requiring long-distance export transport.

Can your labeling machine handle irregularly shaped or square bottles?

Yes, Fillron offers a variety of labeling solutions. For round bottles, we utilize proven linear or rotary self-adhesive labeling machines; for square, flat, or irregularly shaped bottles, we recommend servo-controlled positioning labelers or shrink sleeve labeling machines to ensure a perfect, wrinkle-free application.

Can the palletizer handle multiple pallet patterns or mixed palletizing?

If you require frequent changes to pallet patterns or need to handle mixed-product palletizing (such as stacking different flavors of beverages on a single pallet), we strongly recommend using an articulated robot palletizer. Switching between configurations is instantaneous—simply select the appropriate program recipe via the touchscreen—offering exceptional flexibility. However, for high-volume production of a single product type, traditional high-level or low-level mechanical palletizers offer better cost-effectiveness.

Can the downstream packaging equipment be integrated with our existing filling line?

That is certainly feasible. Fillron’s back-end packaging systems feature a modular design and are equipped with standardized conveyor interfaces and PLC communication protocols. Our engineers will customize seamless conveying and transition solutions tailored to the speed and height of your existing production line.
