Product Value
01
Linear flexible structure for easy changeovers
The linear layout eliminates complex rotary tables and star wheels, simplifying adjustments for bottle height and diameter. A single machine handles multiple specifications and capacities, making it ideal for flexible production across diverse product types and small-to-medium batch sizes.
02
Independent servo-controlled heads for convenient adjustment
Each piston filling head is driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring that a fault in one head does not disrupt the operation of the entire machine. Filling volumes can be adjusted in real-time via the touchscreen during production, eliminating the need to stop the machine or disassemble mechanical components.
03
Compact footprint and high compatibility
The linear design allows for flexible factory floor placement. It can be integrated with upstream bottle unscramblers and downstream capping, sealing, coding, and cartoning equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity across the entire production line.
04
High filling accuracy and broad material compatibility
Utilizing volumetric piston metering, standard filling accuracy is ≤±0.5%, with accuracy reaching ±1% for small volumes (≤200ml). It accommodates fluids with viscosities ranging from 5 to 100,000 cps, capable of filling products such as water, fruit juice, fruit pulp sauces, honey, edible oils, lotions/ointments, and sauces containing fine particulates.
Applicability boundaries

Medium-to-high viscosity products
honey, cooking oil, ketchup, jam, shampoo, and liquid soap.

Mildly corrosive materials
vinegar, household/personal care cleaning agents, and low-corrosivity chemical reagents.

Bottle specifications
neck diameter Φ18mm–Φ100mm, height 80mm–280mm; compatible with PET plastic bottles, glass bottles, wide-mouth sauce jars, round metal cans, and irregularly shaped square bottles.
Working Principle
The equipment utilizes a servo-driven volumetric piston filling principle. A servo motor precisely controls the reciprocating motion of the piston—retracting to draw in the product and advancing to dispense it—thereby ensuring high-precision quantitative filling based on the fixed piston stroke. Filling triggers automatically when an empty bottle is in position; the system does not operate in the absence of a bottle.
The filling nozzle features an anti-drip design that eliminates stringing and dripping. The process—comprising linear continuous bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and discharge—enables automated batch filling.
Core components

Servo-driven Plunger Metering Assembly (Core Component)
Comprising a servo motor, precision metering cylinder, plunger rod, and food-grade silicone piston seal, this assembly ensures filling accuracy; constructed from SUS304 stainless steel as standard, featuring a sanitary design with no dead zones in product-contact areas.

Filling Valve and Anti-drip Nozzle
Dual-channel valve body for independent control of product intake and dispensing; conical anti-drip nozzle suitable for liquids, sauces, and juices containing particulates.

Product Hopper
High-capacity, pressure-stabilizing hopper equipped with a liquid level viewing port; capable of connecting to an upstream mixing tank for automatic refilling.
Optional
Submersible anti-foaming filling nozzle (specialized for fruit juice, syrup, and high-foaming liquids)
Large-bore anti-clogging piston assembly (compatible with fruit pulp and sauces containing particulates ≤2mm)
Constant-temperature heated hopper (for maintaining the temperature of honey, pastes, and materials that solidify at low temperatures)
Complete CIP (Clean-in-Place) assembly with connection port for external cleaning stations to enable automatic circulation cleaning
Changeover/Cleaning/Maintenance
Changeover
Switching between bottle types requires only minor adjustments to the conveyor guide rails, bottle positioning height, and filling nozzle elevation, alongside a one-touch update of filling parameters via the touchscreen. This ensures rapid changeover and simple setup, enabling flexible production across various bottle specifications.
Cleaning
All product-contact parts feature a quick-assembly design, allowing for rapid disassembly and cleaning. An optional CIP (Clean-in-Place) system is available for automated, recirculating cleaning without dismantling the machine; the design eliminates sanitary dead zones, meeting hygiene standards for food production.
Maintenance
Can high-viscosity honey or paste-like products be filled?
Yes, the maximum viscosity is 100,000 cps; for materials prone to solidifying, a constant-temperature heating hopper is available as an option.
How can foaming, splashing, or spilling during filling be prevented?
For fruit juice or high-foaming materials, use an optional diving filling nozzle; reduce the piston's dispensing speed; and minimize the impact of material entering the hopper.
