The Fillron Blow Molding Machine is a two-stage stretch blow molding system designed specifically for thermoplastic materials such as PET, PP, and PC. Utilizing precise infrared heating and high-pressure gas forming, it transforms tubular preforms into hollow containers of various shapes and capacities, serving as core equipment for production lines in the beverage, personal care, food, and pharmaceutical packaging industries.
Selection criteria
| Selection Dimensions | Options/Instructions | Matching suggestions |
| By degree of automation | Semi-Auto / Full-Auto | For limited budgets and multiple product varieties, choose semi-automatic; for large-scale mass production and reduced labor, choose fully automatic. |
| According to capacity demand | 1,000 - 2,000 BPH / 3,000 - 22,000+ BPH | Match the actual capacity requirements of the back-end filling line. |
| According to applicable bottle type | Mineral water bottles / Carbonated beverage bottles / Wide-mouth bottles / Irregularly shaped bottles | Carbonated bottles require reinforced stretching; wide-mouth/irregularly shaped bottles require custom molds and processes. |
| By driving method | Pneumatic drive / Full servo drive | Full servo drive features higher precision, lower energy consumption, and faster cycle time. |

Technology Type
Two-stage stretch blow molding
Brief description of the principle: First, a preform is produced via injection molding; subsequently, it is heated and subjected to axial stretching and radial blowing to achieve biaxial molecular orientation.
Applicable scenarios: Enhance the transparency, barrier properties, and compressive strength of PET bottles.
Infrared rotary heating
Brief description of the principle: The preforms undergo both rotation and revolution within the oven; combined with independent temperature control modules, this ensures perfectly uniform heating.
Applicable scenarios: Prevent "white spots" or uneven wall thickness on the bottle body, and improve the yield rate.
Fully servo-driven
Brief description of the principle: Servo motors replace traditional pneumatic cylinders to achieve millisecond-level, precise synchronization of mold opening/closing, stretching, and bottle removal.
Applicable scenarios: Shorten cycle times and significantly reduce energy consumption and noise.
High-pressure mold clamping technology
Brief description of the principle: The double-toggle linkage mechanism, combined with a high-pressure booster system, delivers powerful and stable clamping force.
Applicable scenarios: Eliminate the parting line to prevent bottle bursting or flash formation during blow molding.

FAQ
Should I choose a semi-automatic or fully automatic blow molding machine?
This depends on your production capacity requirements and budget. If your daily output is under 30,000 bottles, or if you need to frequently switch between irregularly shaped or wide-mouth bottles, a semi-automatic blow molding machine is a highly cost-effective choice due to its lower investment cost and quick changeover capabilities. However, if you have high production demands and aim to significantly reduce labor costs while achieving fully automated, integrated line operations, a fully automatic blow molding machine is the inevitable choice.
Can the blow molding machine accommodate bottles of different capacities?
Yes. Fillron’s blow molding machines feature a modular design. Within the same machine series, simply by changing the corresponding blow molds and making minor adjustments to heating parameters and mechanical stroke settings, you can produce bottles with capacities ranging from 300ml to 5L (or even larger).
What should be done if the bottoms of the blown bottles have white spots or uneven wall thickness?
This is typically caused by uneven heating or unsynchronized stretching. Fillron’s equipment utilizes an infrared rotary heating system to ensure uniform 360-degree heating of the preforms; meanwhile, the fully automatic models are equipped with servo-driven stretch rods that precisely coordinate stretching speed with blow pressure, fundamentally resolving issues such as uneven wall thickness and white spots.
Do fully automatic blow molding machines have high energy consumption?
Fillron’s fully automatic blow molding machines are designed with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency. By replacing traditional hydraulic or pneumatic systems with servo-motor drives, we achieve overall energy savings of 30% to 40%; additionally, the oven features thermal insulation and a heat recovery system, significantly reducing electricity consumption during the heating process.
Can your blow molding machine be integrated with existing filling machines?
Certainly. Our fully automatic blow molding machines come standard with an air conveyor system, allowing finished empty bottles to be seamlessly transported via air ducts directly to the downstream filling machine for integrated line operation. For semi-automatic models, connection to the filling line can be achieved using a manual bottle-organizing table or a lifting conveyor.
