Fillron Water Treatment System is a fluid purification hub custom-engineered for the food and beverage, agricultural, and chemical industries. Utilizing a multi-stage process—including physical filtration, membrane separation, ion exchange, and optical/chemical sterilization—it deeply purifies source water (such as tap or groundwater) into purified water, mineralized water, or ultrapure water, ensuring consistent water quality and taste safety across the entire production line.

Complete Water Treatment Solutions

Explore our complete range of water treatment equipment designed to purify, soften, sterilize and store water for beverage production and industrial applications.

Technology Type

Multi-stage physical filtration

Brief description of the principle: Sand filtration removes suspended solids; carbon filtration removes residual chlorine and odors; and cartridge filtration protects the membrane.

Applicable scenarios: Standard pretreatment configuration for all water treatment systems.

Reverse Osmosis

Brief description of the principle: High pressure is used to force water molecules through a semi-permeable membrane, retaining dissolved salts and impurities.

Applicable scenarios: Production of purified water, water for beverage formulation, and high-purity water.

Ion Exchange

Brief description of the principle: The sodium ions on the resin replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the water.

Applicable scenarios: Softening hard groundwater prevents scaling on equipment.

Ozone + UV

Brief description of the principle: Ozone provides continuous antibacterial protection, while ultraviolet light provides instant sterilization, ensuring a sterile pipe network.

Applicable scenarios: Safety assurance of finished water products at the point of use.

FAQ

My source water is groundwater; do I need a complete set of water treatment equipment?

Groundwater typically has high hardness and may contain iron and manganese ions. In addition to standard sand filtration, carbon filtration, and reverse osmosis (RO), we strongly recommend installing an ion-exchange softener or an iron/manganese removal filter to prevent rapid scaling and fouling of the RO membranes, thereby extending the service life of these costly membrane elements.

What is the difference between RO (Reverse Osmosis) and UV sterilization? Do you need to install both?

Both are necessary. An RO (reverse osmosis) system is a purification unit responsible for removing impurities, heavy metals, and most bacteria from the water, whereas a UV sterilizer serves as a final safety measure to eliminate any trace bacteria that might breed in storage tanks or piping. Combining the two ensures the water is absolutely safe.

Does the water treatment equipment operate fully automatically? Does it require dedicated personnel to monitor it?

Fillron’s water treatment systems come standard with fully automatic PLC touch-screen controls. No manual intervention is required for operations ranging from automatic backwashing of sand and carbon filters and automatic salt regeneration of water softeners to the automatic start-stop of the main RO unit. Routine maintenance is limited to periodic inspections and the replacement of consumables as prompted by the system.

How do you prevent secondary contamination in your water storage tanks?

Our water tank is constructed from sanitary-grade SUS304/316L stainless steel, featuring a mirror-polished interior with no sanitary dead zones. The tank top is equipped with a sterile vent filter (with a heating function) to prevent the entry of airborne bacteria, and a liquid level control system enables integrated control with the upstream water treatment and downstream water usage processes.

Can I buy just the standalone unit, or must I purchase the complete system?

Both are acceptable. Fillron offers highly modular water treatment equipment, allowing you to purchase individual systems to address the shortcomings of your existing production line (such as replacing only the RO unit or adding a sterilizer). Of course, if it's a new project, we recommend purchasing a complete turnkey system, as the water pressure, flow rate, and piping design for each section have been optimally matched.
