Applicability boundaries

Suitable for
Pre-filtration for RO (reverse osmosis) systems; fine filtration of water following sand filtration, carbon filtration, and softening; and systems for producing purified water, ingredient water, and rinse water for the beverage industry.
Working Principle
Adopting the physical interception principle of the microporous filter element, the water flow passes through the high-precision PP melt-blown filter element from the outside to the inside, and the tiny suspended solids, colloids, carbon powder, and impurities in the water are intercepted and filtered by the micropores of the filter element.
Core components

304/316 Stainless Steel Tank
Food-grade material; pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant; prevents secondary contamination

High-Precision PP Filter Cartridge (5μm standard)
Core filtration medium; captures fine impurities

Sealing Gasket
Ensures a watertight seal; prevents bypass (short-circuiting) of the filtration process
Optional
01
High-precision 1μm/0.22μm filter cartridges
02
Multi-cartridge, high-flow vessel
03
Quick-opening flange design
Changeover/Cleaning/Maintenance
Filter cartridge replacement criteria
Replace immediately if the differential pressure reaches ≥0.1 MPa, the effluent becomes turbid, or the water output drops significantly. Under standard operating conditions, replace the cartridge every 1–3 months; shorten the replacement interval if water quality is poor.
Model Upgrade
Upgrade to multi-cartridge, high-flow vessels to increase production capacity; for aseptic or high-end pure water applications, upgrade to high-precision filter cartridges and 316L stainless steel vessels.
The water volume is still too small after changing the core?
The inlet and outlet pipelines of the tank are blocked, the throughput of the front equipment is insufficient, and the exhaust is incomplete and there is an air blockage. Drain the gas and check the front pretreatment system.
Can I not replace the filter element for a long time?
prohibit! Blockage of the filter element will cause the water pressure to soar, the pipeline pressure to overload, and the RO membrane to quickly become clogged and scrapped, which will greatly increase the entire water treatment operation and maintenance cost.
