Applicability boundaries

Suitable for
Terminal sterilization for RO purified water, bacteriostatic circulation for purified water tanks, water for beverage blending/bottle washing/aseptic rinsing, and terminal treatment of food-grade purified water.
Working Principle
Utilizing the specialized 254nm ultraviolet germicidal wavelength, high-energy UV light penetrates the water to directly destroy the nucleic acid structures of bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms, rendering them incapable of reproduction and activity, thereby achieving instantaneous sterilization.
Core components

304/316 Stainless Steel Sterilization Chamber
Polished with no dead zones; resistant to bacterial adhesion, pressure, and corrosion

UV Sterilization Lamp
Core sterilization component; emits specific germicidal wavelengths

Quartz Glass Sleeve
High light transmittance; isolates water from the lamp; protects the lamp
Optional
01
Scheduled start/stop + cyclic sterilization mode (compatible with pure water tank micro-circulation)
02
Lamp fault alarm and intensity monitoring (automatic notification of failure)
03
High-intensity, high-power lamp (suitable for high-capacity production lines)
Changeover/Cleaning/Maintenance
Inspection
Quarterly inspection: Check ballast operating status, wiring connections, and housing seals; inspect piping for dead zones and stagnant water.
Replacement of cycle
Replace after 8,000 hours (approximately 10–12 months) of standard operation; replacement is mandatory if the lamp experiences output degradation, otherwise disinfection effectiveness will be compromised.
Why does the lamp turn off after a short while or flicker frequently?
This may be caused by unstable ballast voltage, poor electrical contact, or an aging/loose lamp; please inspect the electrical control system or replace the components.
Why must a pure water system be equipped with UV?
While RO-purified water is initially sterile, it is highly susceptible to bacterial regrowth. UV provides dynamic bacterial inhibition, addressing secondary contamination risks associated with water storage and pipeline distribution; it is a critical component for ensuring purified water meets standards and maintaining the shelf life of the beverage.
