Fillron Filling Machines are automated, precision-filling packaging systems designed specifically for liquids, semi-fluids, and carbonated beverages. Capable of accurately filling PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, or large PC containers while simultaneously performing capping or press-sealing operations, they serve as the core hub of beverage and condiment production lines.

Selection criteria

According to material propertiesPurified water / Fruit juice / Carbonated drinks / Sauces / Cooking oilPure water is filled at atmospheric pressure; fruit juice is filled at hot pressure; carbonated drinks are filled at isobaric pressure; sauces are filled with piston filling.
By container typePET bottles / glass bottles / aluminum cans / 5-gallon PC drumsA dedicated canning machine is required for aluminum cans.
By operating modeRotary / LinearRotary type is selected for high-speed mass production; linear type is selected for small batches and multiple varieties.
According to the filling principleAtmospheric pressure / Isobaric / Slight negative pressure / Servo piston / Flow meterCarbonated beverages must be selected using isobaric methods; high-viscosity beverages should be selected using servo pistons.

Technology Type

Gravity Filling

Brief description of the principle: The liquid flows into the container under its own gravity; the structure is simple.

Applicable scenarios: Low-viscosity, gas-free liquids (water, fruit juice).

Isobaric Filling

Brief description of the principle: First, pressurize the bottle to balance the pressure; then, fill using the pressure differential or gravity to prevent foaming.

Applicable scenarios: Carbonated beverages (carbonated soft drinks, beer).

Hot Filling

Brief description of the principle: Filling is carried out at high temperatures of 85°C–92°C, utilizing the product itself to sterilize the bottle mouth.

Applicable scenarios: Fruit juices, tea beverages, and plant-based protein drinks.

Servo Piston Filling

Brief description of the principle: A servo motor precisely controls the piston stroke, ensuring extremely accurate dosing without damaging the fruit pulp.

Applicable scenarios:High-viscosity materials containing large particles (chili sauce, peanut butter)

Flowmeter filling

Brief description of the principle: Measurement via high-precision electromagnetic or mass flow meters ensures no mechanical contact and zero leakage.

Applicable scenarios: Edible oil, high-value liquids

Electronic Valve Filling

Brief description of the principle: Electronically controlled valves precisely regulate opening time and liquid flow, ensuring accurate, stable filling with minimal dripping.

Applicable scenarios: Water, juice, tea drinks, dairy beverages and other low- to medium-viscosity liquids.

FAQ

How do I choose between a rotary and a linear filling machine?

If you have high production capacity requirements (typically > 4,000 BPH) and use relatively standardized bottle types, a rotary system is recommended for its higher efficiency; conversely, if your production volume is lower or you need to frequently switch between different bottle sizes, a linear system is a more economical choice that allows for faster changeovers.

Are your filling machines compatible with various bottle types?

Yes. Fillron’s filling machines feature a modular design. Within the same production capacity range, they can accommodate containers of various capacities and shapes simply by swapping out a few components, such as transfer wheels, guide rails, and star wheels.

Does the filling machine include capping or sealing functionality?

Yes. Our standard models are typically "monobloc" filling and capping machines, which perform the entire sequence of bottle infeed, filling, cap sorting, capping, and bottle discharge within a single, compact unit.

What is the material of the equipment? Does it meet food-grade standards?

All parts in contact with the product are made of high-quality SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and feature precision-polished surfaces; the design eliminates sanitary dead zones and fully complies with FDA, GMP, and national food safety standards.
