Turnkey Project Steps
01
Material Property Analysis and Process Confirmation
Based on the viscosity of the sauce, particle size, or characteristics of the oil, determine the selection of stirring, heating, and filling valves.
02
Overall Line Layout and 3D Solution Design
The key planning focuses on the routing of material pipelines, CIP cleaning loops, and downstream heavy-duty logistics.
03
Equipment Manufacturing and FAT Acceptance
The factory conducted a test run with the material to verify the filling accuracy, anti-drip effect, and mixing uniformity.
04
On-site Installation and SAT Commissioning
Engineers will come to your location to install the equipment and assist with checkweighing calibration and capping torque testing.
05
Training and Lifetime After-Sales Service
We provide training on equipment operation and routine cleaning and maintenance; 24-hour online technical support; and lifetime spare parts supply.

FAQ
Our chili sauce contains large pieces of fruit pulp. Will they be crushed by the machine during bottling?
No. Fillron has designed a wide-flow servo piston filling machine specifically for sauces containing granules. Its valve channel is spacious, and the servo motor controls the piston stroke extremely smoothly, avoiding the violent squeezing that occurs with traditional pneumatic equipment, thus preserving the integrity and texture of the fruit pulp to the greatest extent.
There are always oil droplets at the bottle opening after bottling cooking oil, making the bottle very dirty. How can I solve this problem?
This is a common problem with low-viscosity liquids. Fillron's oil filling machine is equipped with a vacuum back-suction anti-drip filling valve. At the moment the filling is finished, the valve will automatically generate a slight negative pressure back-suction to draw the oil droplets remaining at the valve opening back into the material cylinder, ensuring that the bottle opening is absolutely clean.
What should I do if sauces tend to settle in the jars for a long time, resulting in different solid content in each bottle?
Our jacketed heating stirring and storage unit is designed to solve this problem. It uses a low-speed, high-torque scraper-type stirrer, combined with jacketed constant-temperature heating, to ensure that the sauce maintains good fluidity and a uniform texture, ensuring a consistent solids ratio in every bottle.
Sauces and oils have different densities. How can you ensure that the weight of each bottle meets the standard?
We equip our machines with an inline weigh-checking system after filling. This system performs 100% dynamic weighing on every bottle, automatically rejecting overweight or underweight products. Simultaneously, the servo piston filling machine allows for one-button fine-tuning of the filling volume via a touchscreen, achieving closed-loop precision control.
Is it possible to fill both sauces and oils on the same machine?
Absolutely. Fillron's filling machines feature a modular design. A servo piston assembly is used for processing sauces, while a flow meter assembly is used for processing oils. Combined with quick-release dials and guide rails, changeover time can be significantly reduced, perfectly meeting the needs of flexible production.
Is the equipment easy to clean? Are there any hard-to-reach areas for hygiene?
Very convenient. Our mixing tanks and filling machines are made of SUS316L sanitary grade stainless steel, and the internal welds are polished, eliminating any unsanitary corners. The system supports CIP online cleaning (automatic acid washing, alkaline washing, and pure water rinsing), allowing for thorough cleaning without disassembling pipelines, fully complying with food safety regulations.
