Line Process Flowchart
Can Depalletizer & Ionized Air Rinser
The system automatically unloads full stacks of empty cans onto a conveyor chain, where they undergo ion air dust removal and inverted rinsing to ensure absolute cleanliness.
High-Precision Can Filling Monobloc
Employing the principle of isobaric/micro-negative pressure, it achieves high-speed and stable filling, precisely controls the liquid level, and prevents foam overflow and CO₂ loss.
Heavy-Duty Can Seamer
The heavy-duty cast iron body and precision rolling wheels are used to perfectly double-roll the edges of the can lid and the can body to ensure an absolute seal.
Can Warm-up & X-Ray Detection
Warm water spray eliminates condensation; X-rays accurately detect liquid level and automatically reject products with insufficient liquid level or no lid.
End-of-Line Packaging Automation
Powerful drying, multi-can combination packaging (multi-pack/carton), robotic palletizing, and stretch film packaging for warehousing.

FAQ
Why must a "heavy-duty seamer" be used on a can production line?
Can production lines typically operate at extremely high speeds (up to tens of thousands of CPH). Ordinary light-duty cannula sealers are prone to vibration at high speeds, leading to loose edges (micro-leakage). Fillron's heavy-duty cannula sealers feature a thickened cast iron body, providing excellent shock resistance and ensuring a perfect double edge seal even at ultra-high speeds, preventing beverage oxidation and spoilage.
Why is "ionized air" used instead of regular compressed air for tank cleaning?
Aluminum cans generate static electricity during transportation and friction, making them highly susceptible to attracting fine dust and metal shavings from the air. Ordinary compressed air cannot remove this static electricity, while ionized air can neutralize it and thoroughly remove impurities from the can, which is crucial for the hygiene and safety of beer and premium beverages.
What are the advantages of X-ray liquid level detection over traditional weighing or visual inspection?
Aluminum cans are opaque metal containers, and visual inspection cannot see inside. Traditional weighing methods become inaccurate at ultra-high speeds. Fillron's X-ray inspection can penetrate the metal can, providing non-contact, 100% accurate liquid level identification without damaging the can, making it standard equipment on high-speed aluminum can lines.
What if the surface of the aluminum can is covered with condensation after filling, and the subsequent packaging gets damp?
This is an inevitable phenomenon in the filling of low-temperature carbonated beverages. Fillron comes standard with a Can Warm Tunnel after sealing, which uses circulating warm water to raise the temperature of the can to room temperature, completely eliminating condensation. Then, a powerful air knife is used to dry it, ensuring that subsequent labeling, multi-packing, and carton packaging are absolutely dry.
Is it complicated to change the production line for Fillron's cans? How long does it take?
Fillron fully considered flexible production from the initial design stage. Our filling and sealing machines adopt a tool-less changeover design. When changing to different height cans (such as from 330ml to 500ml), skilled workers only need to replace a few star wheels and guide plates, which can usually be completed within 30-45 minutes, greatly reducing downtime losses.
How is the roll sealing quality guaranteed? Does the equipment have a self-testing function?
Fillron's heavy-duty sealing machines can be equipped with an online seam measurement system. This system can monitor the seam thickness, width, and tightness of each can in real time. If any parameters deviate from the standard, the system will immediately sound an alarm and automatically reject defective products, ensuring the absolute safety of the products leaving the factory.
