FAQ
The empty bins we collect are very dirty (with moss and sand). Can your washing machine clean them properly?
Absolutely no problem. Fillron's multi-stage high-pressure internal washing machine is specifically designed for handling heavily contaminated recycling bins. We use high-pressure spraying combined with specialized brushes, along with multiple processes including alkaline washing, disinfectant, and pure water, to thoroughly remove internal algae and external dirt. Furthermore, the cleaning solution is recyclable, making it both environmentally friendly and reducing your operating costs.
How to prevent leaking or cracked barrels from entering the filling process?
We include an automatic leak detector as standard after removing the cap. It fills the container with pressurized gas and uses sensors to detect pressure changes, automatically rejecting empty containers with micro-cracks or leaks, thus preventing the waste of water and cleaning solution by using substandard containers.
5-gallon bottles of water are very heavy. Does the subsequent packaging process require a lot of manual labor?
No. Fillron provides fully automatic heavy-duty palletizing and bagging machines. The palletizing machine can automatically stack filled water bottles neatly according to a preset stack pattern, while the bagging machine automatically covers the entire stack of water bottles with dustproof and waterproof woven bags. This completely replaces traditional manual handling and bagging, significantly reducing labor costs and safety risks.
How is the filling accuracy guaranteed? Is it possible for the water volume in each barrel to be different?
Our high-speed linear filling machine uses high-precision flow meters or precision mechanical valves, and the filling accuracy can be controlled within ±5mm. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a no-bucket-no-fill function to ensure that the water volume in each bucket is accurately compliant, avoiding customer complaints.
Is the equipment compatible with buckets of different sizes?
Yes. Our equipment is designed with flexible production in mind. If you need to produce both 3-gallon and 5-gallon sizes, you can quickly changeover on the same machine by simply changing a few dials, guides, and star wheels.
